The Secretary of The Department

The secretary of the department is responsible for the administrative support of the education process and other activities of the faculty. In the responsibilities of the secretary are included the following:

  • To organize the registration of students in each semester and issue student bulletins (passo)
  • To maintain the central record of student marks
  • To issue personal certificates of registration in the faculty and analytic course marks after the students fill the respective application.
  • To issue time tables for taught courses and exams

The secretary of the department is located at the ground floor of the Administration building of the University of Ioannina and is open for the public daily from 11.00 to 13.00.
